Each Personal Training plan, gives you an accountability partner in your fitness journey.
As well as being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I hold a Level 4 qualification in helping with Diabetes and Obesity results, ensuring each session is productive, safe, and tailored to your needs.
I offer Nutritional Guidance which is focused on helping you understand and improve your eating habits for optimal health and fitness performance.

Sports Therapies and other massage modalities
As a Sports Therapist, Massage Therapist and Bodymaster Method Practitioner, I use many different techniques to help repair injuries, and keep people active, including:-
- Soft Tissue Release - This technique helps to restore normal flexibility, as well as assess any areas of restriction within the soft tissue (muscle, tendons & ligaments)
- Muscle Energy Techniques - This is a muscle lengthening technique, whereby a muscle is initially taken into a contracted state for a short time, then it is lengthened. This helps muscles to restore normal range of movement.
- Dry Cupping - This is an ancient therapy, where cups are used to dispel stagnation within the blood and lymphatic systems, which helps the flow of energy, and allows fresh blood and nutrients to flow freely to damaged tissue, thus assisting with the healing process. Pilates
Pilates, is a mind-body series of exercises, devised by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, whereby, he took movements from other forms of exercise, including yoga and boxing, to help with strengthening and flexibility.
Today, there are various schools of Pilates, I teach the Traditional Pilates method, which follows the six principles shown on the left.
