What should I bring to my first class?

For your first and subsequent classes, bring a mat, water and towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes.

How long is a session?

This varies on what treatment/fitness class you want.

Pilates classes - 55mins

Personal Training sessions range from 30mins - 60mins

Most massage sessions are 60mins, with the exception of Reflexology which is 45 mins

What is the difference between a Swedish Massage and a Sports Massage?

Swedish Massage is a relaxing full body massage, where as, Sports Massage focuses on one area of issue.

I don't do Sports, can I still have a Sports Massage?

YES! 

Sports treatments are suitable for *anyone that has a specific injury or area of pain/discomfort.

*unless any contraindications are present which your therapist will discuss with you.

Is dry needling the same as acupuncture?

No. They both use needles, but acupuncture works on the meridians in the body to relieve pain and tension, and dry needling works on and around trigger points in the body.
